Our Story
Northmax Plumbing was founded by Will, a licensed plumber with an unwavering commitment to the trade.
Starting as a one-man operation in Newcastle, NSW, Will built Northmax through hard work, high standards, and a keen eye for detail. As the business grew, his wife, Kay, joined the team, bringing her project management expertise to support the company’s continued expansion. Today, Northmax is a dedicated team of registered plumbers and apprentices.
With over 1,000 projects completed, we proudly partner with some of Australia’s biggest project home builders while continuing to serve direct clients with the same commitment. Northmax remains a family-owned business focused on honest service and strong customer relationships.
